You manage and improve the HACCP et ISO system to guarantee the nutritional security and quality of our products. In this context, you are responsible for a clear and transparent communication. In addition, you follow up on product complaints. With your team, you are also responsible for a correct quality control & liberation of the powder mixes and products. Finally, you closely follow the quality parameters measured by external laboratories.
You are responsible for the smooth functioning od the lab. You decide about the tasks distribution, you define the parameters, you support the setup and the approval of the analysis protocols and are in charge of the purchase of the lab material.
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
As part of the GMP, you are responsible with the GMP Coordinator, for monitoring the respect of the HACCP rules in production. A correct document management is very important.
You are responsible for your team and you know how to motivate it through your enthusiastic and no-nonsense personality.
You report to the Science Director Europe.
